With a strong background in Intellectual Property, technology transfer, and valuation of intangible assets, Tabatha Alves is an attorney with extensive experience in the strategic management, protection, and licensing of trademarks, patents, plant varieties, copyrights, and other assets in Brazil and internationally. She works closely with companies, authors, and rights holders in structuring, valuing, and commercially exploiting such assets, combining legal, business, regulatory, and tax perspectives.
She has significant experience in IP advisory and transactional matters, with particular emphasis on structuring and negotiating complex agreements, tax planning, and coordinating international transactions.
